Pedro Neto sends Filip Jorgensen message after Chelsea axe Robert Sanchez
Pedro Neto has sent a message to his Chelsea teammate Filip Jorgensen after he started against West Ham United, with Enzo Maresca opting to axe Robert Sanchez.
The victory moved Chelsea back into the top four after overtaking Man City and Newcastle, with Maresca’s team sitting two points above both now.
Maresca made the decision to drop Sanchez following his recent performances, with no goalkeeper in the Premier League making more mistakes that have led to goals than him.
Jorgensen was given a rare start in the Premier League as Sanchez was dropped from the team, and although he didn’t keep a clean sheet they managed to take all three points.
Pedro Neto sends Chelsea message
Neto took to Instagram to celebrate Chelsea’s win while praising Jorgensen for his performance, sending an image of a padlock to him.

The Portugal international was evidently impressed by the 22-year-old goalkeeper, who has been playing as a backup option throughout this season.
Jorgensen had played 14 games for the Blues this season and has conceded 13 goals while keeping five clean sheets.

It remains to be seen which goalkeeper will start for Chelsea this Saturday (8 February) as the Blues take on Brighton in the FA Cup.
Jorgensen has typically played in non-Premier League competitions, but this fixture could be an opportunity for Maresca to bring Sanchez back into the starting lineup.
