Pedro Porro and Van de Ven react to devastating Tottenham message

Dejan Kulusevski shared an emotional message following the confirmation of a fresh injury blow.

Ange Postecoglou’s side have been hit hard by injuries throughout the campaign, and their problems are set to continue ahead of the Europa League final.

Tottenham have managed just one win in their last ten Premier League games, a dreadful run that has seen them slump to 17th in the table.

Injuries have been a major factor in their poor form, and with James Maddison already ruled out for the rest of the season, the bad news has only continued.

Kulusevski was forced off during the clash against Crystal Palace, sparking concern among Tottenham supporters. Their fears were soon confirmed, as it was revealed the Swedish international has undergone knee surgery.

Dejan Kulusevski posts heartfelt message to Tottenham fans amid surgery news

Kulusevski shared a heartfelt message with Tottenham fans on Instagram following confirmation of his injury setback. He wrote:

“Realest one you ever seen. For the people that I gave joy this year, thank you. I appreciate you and I love you. I pray for you. Don’t be sad, we will be back and we coming for everybody.”

The post received plenty of support from fellow players. Pedro Porro and Micky van de Ven dropped heart emojis in the comments, while Dominic Solanke and Djed Spence also liked the post.

Guglielmo Vicario shared a motivational message to Kulusevski on his own story, as the team edges closer to the end of a difficult campaign.

While it’s been confirmed that Kulusevski has already undergone knee surgery, Spurs have not officially ruled him out for the remainder of the season, but it appears unlikely that the Swedish international will feature again.

Dejan Kulusevski could quit Tottenham amid growing AC Milan interest

Despite Spurs’ domestic struggles, Kulusevski has enjoyed a strong individual season, registering 10 goals and providing 11 assists across all competitions.

However, if the forward does miss the rest of the campaign, it may mark his final appearance in a Tottenham shirt. Football Insider has revealed that Kulusevski is open to a move to AC Milan this summer amid interest from the Italian giants.

Multiple clubs are believed to be monitoring his situation and while Tottenham remain reluctant to part ways with the versatile attacker, an underwhelming end to the season could spark uncertainty among the squad—and may influence key players like Kulusevski when weighing up their futures.
