Pep Clotet has stated that he “enjoyed” spending time with the Leeds supporters after meeting up with them at Elland Road on Tuesday night.
Garry Monk, his coaching staff, and club legend Eddie Gray were all involved in a question and answer session with the club supporters.
They discussed club matters, including topics such as ‘what their favourite moment of the season has been so far’.
Monk has transformed the fortunes of the Yorkshire outfit this term, turning them into promotion chasers after a number of torrid seasons in England’s second division.
Spaniard Clotet has been Monk’s assistant throughout that time and he had this message to the Elland Road faithful after the Q/A session.
“Always great to meet with our fans,” Clotet wrote on his personal Twitter account. “Hope you all had a good time. We certainly enjoyed it.”

Clotet has worked with Monk throughout his coaching career and was with him during their time at Premier League club Swansea.
Last summer, they decided to take on the tough project of turning around a Leeds team that had not tasted top flight football for 13 years.
However, that barren run could be ended this term if the club can earn promotion back to the promise land, whether it be via the play-offs or finishing in the top two.
At this moment in time, Monk’s side are fourth in the Championship table on 69 points from their 38 matches.
They are eight points ahead of seventh-placed Fulham and the same amount of points behind second-placed Brighton with eight matches of the season remaining.
