Kane maintained his outstanding form for Bayern, netting twice on the night to help secure the win, while Leon Goretzka was also on target for Bayern.

The England striker posted on Instagram following Bayern Munich’s latest victory, sharing a video recapping the match and writing: “That felt good! To the quarters we go.”
His post sparked plenty of reactions from fellow professionals, with Manchester City’s Phil Foden and Newcastle’s Kieran Trippier among those liking the video.
Despite the positive result, there was a worrying moment for the striker during the match after Kane was on the receiving end of a reckless challenge.
Fortunately for Bayern, their star striker was able to continue, while Erick Pulgar — who had earlier scored an own goal — received a yellow card for the incident.

Their route to the final has become more difficult after finishing second in their group, following a defeat to Benfica in their final group match.

Harry Kane remains focused on Bayern amid Premier League return links
Last season was one to remember for the Englishman, with the Kane playing a crucial role in Bayern reclaiming the Bundesliga title. He finally lifted a major trophy after years of near misses.
However, questions over his long-term future continue to circulate, with speculation linking him with a return to the Premier League.
Former Manchester United chief scout Mick Brown revealed to Football Insider that Liverpool are leading the race to sign Kane, who is understood to be open to a move back to England.
The England captain remains just 48 goals away from breaking Alan Shearer’s all-time Premier League goalscoring record of 260 — a milestone that could be the motivation behind his potential return.
For now, though, his focus remains on delivering success for Bayern on the world stage.
