Andrea Radrizzani has arrived at Leeds’ training headquarters for face-to-face talks with key figures at the club.
The new Elland Road co-owner was pictured at Thorp Arch for the first time on Thursday morning after buying 50 per cent of the club last week.
Italian sports media mogul Radrizzani was photographed on the official Leeds website being shown around the training base by chief executive Ben Mansford.
He met the players and staff, and was seen talking with first-team coach James Beattie, who is a key member of manager Garry Monk’s backroom staff.

It is also expected that the joint-owners Radrizzani and Massimo Cellino will join Mansford in a press conference at the club on Saturday morning.
One hot topic of discussion is likely to be the club’s activity in the January transfer market.
Monk’s team are flying high in the Championship and have genuine promotion ambitions but the manager has admitted he wants reinforcements this month.
The side is especially in need of attacking reinforcements and the former Swansea manager has revealed he “definitely” wants to sign a striker as cover for 16-goal leading man Chris Wood.
Radrizzani has arrived in England just 24 hours after it emerged that he was one of three new directors appointed to the Leeds board following a boardroom reshuffle on 31 December.
Companies House have confirmed on their website that Radrizzani, Andre Tegner and Feng Ze Yeh have joined the new-look boardroom that is now made up of six directors.
In other Leeds news, the club are in advanced talks to sign a Bundesliga assists machine.
