Bruno Alves has a fantastic passing range but is still looking ropey, at times, defensively.
Alves and Fabio Cardoso have given up a few chances to opposition forwards this season and, despite their obvious class, still struggle to get to grips with some of the physicality of Scottish teams.
Sprayed dangerous balls forward for Candeias and Tavernier but was caught out positionally a few times.
Handled Thistle’s forwards fairly comfortably throughout.
