Pochettino delivers update on Kane injury after Tottenham smash Millwall
By Dominic Toner
Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino has revealed that Harry Kane’s injury against Millwall appears to be similar to the one he picked up earlier in the season.
The 23-year-old was forced off in the opening 10 minutes on Sunday during Spurs’ FA Cup win against Millwall.
Heung-Min Son (3), Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli and Vincent Janssen’s first goal from open play endured a comprehensive 6-0 victory in the FA Cup quarter-final clash.
However, the loss of their star striker could have a huge effect on the reason of the season and he has already spent time on the sidelines this campaign.
The England international picked up an ankle injury in September against Sunderland and missed 10 games across all competitions as a result.

Spurs will be hopeful that Kane’s injury is not as bad as initially feared, but may have to make do without their star man during the rest of the season.
The north London club now have an FA Cup semi-final to play in, while they are also competing for a spot in the top four in the Premier League.
Pochettino now may be forced to turn to his squad for a goal supply and attacking pair Son and Janssen both scored against Millwall.
