Former Celtic midfielder Marc Crosas has been left in awe at new footage that emerged of Callum McGregor’s winning goal for the Hoops against Zenit.
The injury ravaged Bhoys won the match 1-0, and Crosas, who joined the Hoops in 2008 from Barcelona, was quick to acknowledge the goal on his personal Twitter account.
“Poetry for the eyes”, the 30-year-old – who is currently without a club – said.

The Hoops victory against Zenit must go down as one of their finest European results in recent years.
Brendan Rodgers’ side had almost a full team of players out injured, yet still managed to dominate the game against much fancied opponents.
Rodgers kept faith with the likes of Jozo Simunovic and Moussa Dembele. who had been receiving criticism in recent weeks for some poor performances, and he was rewarded as the Bhoys turned in their best performance for months.
The fact that the team managed to dominate despite so many players out injured must gave encouragement to the supporters that when the players eventually return to fitness, the Bhoys could become a force to reckon with in Europe.
The Hoops are next in action on Sunday when they take on St Johnstone, before they face Zenit in Russia on Thursday with a place in the last 16 of the Europa League on the line.
