Potential signing of youth World Cup winner casts doubt on Celtic future of title party hero
The future of Celtic’s title party hero Odsonne Edouard could be very much in doubt as it seems that the Hoops are preparing to bring in another striker in the summer.
The Evening Times reports that the Hoops are set to sign Liverpool’s 17-year-old striker Rhian Brewster on a loan-deal, with the report claiming that talks between the clubs have already taken place.
The signing of a hot property such as Brewster – who was top scorer with eight goals in England’s under-17 World Cup victory last year – could well cast doubt on Edouard’s future with the Hoops.
The 20-year-old, who has the hero of the Hoops 5-0 title party over Rangers with two goals, is currently on-loan with the Hoops from PSG until the end of the season, and as yet no deal has been agreed to make the move a permanent one.
The player may well look at the situation and see that the Hoops are bringing in a highly-rated young striker and decide that his chances will be limited next season, meaning that he will bring his time in Glasgow to an end.

Where Moussa Dembele fits into this will also be interesting, as his future will no doubt be subject to plenty of speculation once again in the summer, but if he leaves the Hoops the Bhoys may well decide to go for a big money striker to replace him.
Only time will tell but the Hoops forward line which starts next season could look very different from the one which ended this season.
In other Celtic news, the Hoops should sign this Manchester City player
