Pundit '100% sure' on Mane and Salah deals being completed after Romano's new Liverpool update
Paul Robinson is adamant Liverpool will tie Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah down to new long-term contracts.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Spurs and England goalkeeper said club will know “the incredible cost” of replacing their two star wingers if they were to exit.
Mane, 29, and Salah, 29, both have just over 18 months left to run on their contract at Anfield.
Fabrizio Romano revealed today (November 24th) that the Reds board are “prepared to meet Mane and his agents” to discuss his new deal.
Robinson is “100 per cent sure” the club will secure Mane on renewed terms.
“I genuinely feel the talks will be well under way for Mane and Salah,” he told Football Insider.

“There was smoke and mirrors on the deadline day just gone. Liverpool announced new contracts as opposed to new signings. The club is very clever with their business.
“They have tied down a lot of their top-quality players to long-term contracts over the past 12 months. I cannot see that being any different with Mane and Salah. Everyone knows how important they are.
“You cannot let players of that quality run down their contract. If they do, there will be interest from elsewhere. The cost of replacing both of those players would be incredible.
“There certainly won’t be an oversight with two of their best players. I’m 100 per cent sure on that.”
Mane has been one of Liverpool’s star performers this season.
He has scored nine goals in 16 appearances across all competitions.
