Pundit claims ‘brilliant’ Vlasic has ‘big problem’ with West Ham teammates
Nikola Vlasic will struggle to break into the West Ham first team as long as David Moyes’ preferred players stay fit.
That’s according to former Leeds stopper Paddy Kenny, speaking exclusively to Football Insider after the attacker was handed a rare start.
Vlasic, 24, picked up his first goal contribution for West Ham on Thursday as he assisted Andriy Yarmolenko’s goal against Rapid Vienna.

He had previously made 10 outings for the Hammers without contributing to his side’s attacking efforts.
Kenny claims West Ham will see the best of Vlasic over the coming months.
“The big problem Vlasic has is that it’s hard to put him in the team,” Kenny told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“They have been doing so well without him, who do you drop? Only Moyes knows.
“There is such a wealth of attacking talent at West Ham it’s hard to see where he gets in.
“I know they chop and change in the cups so all he can do is perform when he’s given that chance.
“It’s coming to that time of year where there is a game every few days, he will get a chance.
“Vlasic might have to wait for that opportunity but he will get one.
“We all know he’s been a brilliant player before getting to West Ham so maybe we will see the best of him over the winter months.”

Vlasic has featured heavily during the Hammers’ Europa League campaign this season.
However, he has only been named in a Premier League starting lineup on one occasion.
