Andrea Radrizzani has stated that there was a “great atmosphere” at the club’s headquarters, Thorp Park, ahead of the final Championship match of the season.
Garry Monk’s team will travel to already relegated Wigan on Sunday afternoon hoping to end the season on a high after the disappointment of missing out on the play-off places.
The Whites suffered four defeats during the month of April, which has all but ended their hopes of possibly securing a return to the Premier League.
However, three points at the weekend will cheer the supporters in what has been a successful debut campaign under Monk.
Radrizzani, who brought a 50 per cent share in the club earlier on in the season, posted this message to supporters as he watched the players train at the club’s HQ.
“Good atmosphere at Thorp Arch today,” Radrizzani wrote on his personal Twitter account. “Let’s finish the season with a good game. Thank You, all Leeds fans for the fabulous support.”

There has been a lot of talk about Monk’s future at Elland Road, with the highly-rated coach yet to sign a new contract.
When Monk joined Leeds in the summer, controversial owner Massimo Cellino gave the former centre-back a one-year rolling contract.
With no deal yet signed, there has been a lot of speculation as to whether Monk will be Leeds manager next season.
The former Premier League boss has guided the club to some impressive wins this term, with victories against Brighton, Sheffield Wednesday, Aston Villa, Reading and Huddersfield to name a few.
Striker Chris Wood has played a big role in those victories as the New Zealand international has scored 26 goals in 43 matches this term.
