Raheem Sterling’s most likely next club revealed after pay cut claim
Raheem Sterling continues to be on the hunt for a new club after being annexed from Chelsea’s squad by Enzo Maresca.
Having been told he had no future with the Blues, the Englishman was on the search last summer for a club who would take him away from the prison of Stamford Bridge.
Sterling had been linked with a move to Celtic to reconnect with former manager Brendan Rodgers, yet his resignation has certainly destroyed any hope of a move to Scotland.
However, sources told Football Insider that despite links with clubs outside of England, Sterling would look to explore a move away from Chelsea in January.
With the transfer window rapidly approaching, the 31-year-old will be on the radar of several European sides in need of the winger.

Who are the favourites to sign Sterling in January?
If the England international is to make a much needed move away from west London, sacrifices will definitely have to be made.
Everton’s former chief Keith Wyness exclusively told Football Insider back in September that Sterling will have to take a pay cut if he wants to leave Chelsea anytime soon.
The ex-Liverpool winger earns around £300,000-per-week, which would definitely scare off cash-strapped suitors.
In terms of teams who could be intrigued by a potential move for the number 30 in the upcoming transfer window, one major bookmaker has dropped their latest odds for who could land his signature.

Crystal Palace, who have a history of signing Chelsea stars such as Ben Chilwell, Conor Gallagher, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Trevoh Chalobah in previous seasons, have emerged as the favourites for Sterling, coming in at 5/2.
The Eagles are feeling the effects of their multi-competition participation this campaign and are in desperate need of reinforcements.
Also amongst the clubs pursuing the ex-Man City man, Bayern Munich come in next at 9/2, closely followed by Fulham at 6/1.
Crystal Palace could be the ideal place for Sterling to rediscover his form
Given the 31-year-old’s loan spell at Arsenal was a complete train-wreck, potential suitors are likely treading with caution over bringing in the winger on a permanent deal.

If Sterling does offer to join a club with a significantly reduced salary, he could open up a much needed opportunity to reach his top level once again.
Oliver Glasner would definitely provide the number 30 with a decent amount of game time as he looks to rotate his team due to their European involvement.
Therefore, a move to Selhurst Park would be logical for Sterling to see an uptake in minutes as well as remaining close to his family.
