Rangers ace confirms injury boost with bizarre Twitter video
By James Black
Rangers defender Fabio Cardoso has given the Gers an injury boost by confirming he’ll soon be fit again after undergoing surgery on a broke nose.
Cardoso was injured in the Scottish League Cup semi-final defeat against Motherwell and has missed the Gers’ last three matches.
With the Light Blues out of action over the international break, Cardoso should be fit to rejoin the squad when they take on Hamilton on November 18th.
“Almost back!” the Gers ace wrote on Twitter, accompanied with a bizarre video of a pair of football boots in an oven.

The pair have looked composed and have barely made a mistake as the Gers have racked up wins against Hearts and Partick Thistle.
Cardoso joined the Gers from Vitoria Setubal over the summer and had bee a mainstay in the starting XI before getting injured.
With Pedro Caixinha no longer at the club, Cardoso may face a fight to regain a place in the starting XI under interim boss Graeme Murty or Caixinha’s long-term replacement.
Compatriot Bruno Alves was forced to watch Saturday’s win against Partick from the dugout after being unable to dislodge Wilson or McCrorie from the starting XI.
In other Rangers news, Chris Sutton has demanded the club to seal a six-figure deal for this manager.
