Graeme Murty must make one change to his side if he is to field Rangers’ strongest XI against Hamilton this weekend.
Homegrown defender Danny Wilson, 25, should make way for Bruno Alves to return to the starting XI alongside Ross McCrorie at the heart of the Gers’ defence.
The Gers face Hamilton at Ibrox hoping to close the six point gap to league leaders Celtic.
With only one change needed, that should see Wes Foderingham continue in goal behind a back four of James Tavernier, Ross McCrorie, Bruno Alves and Declan John.
Alves has missed the last two games – one through suspension and one as an unused substitute – but should be put back into the side to help McCrorie along in his development.
In front of the defence, the pairing of Jason Holt and Ryan Jack must be given the chance to improve on their understanding alongside each other after two impressive performances uder Murty.
Holt has been fantastic since coming back into the side last month and deserves his opportunity in the starting XI.
Wingers Josh Windass and Daniel Candeias will be expected to create chances for forwards Kenny Miller and Alfredo Morelos as the Light Blues look to make it three wins in a row for the first time since December last year.
