Rangers expert issues ‘brilliant’ Ryan Kent claim after what he’s just seen in person
Rangers star Ryan Kent will find his goalscoring form after a difficult start to the season.
That’s according to ex-Gers boss Alex McLeish, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the winger’s form.
Kent, 25, has scored one goal in 13 appearances this season with his sole goal coming in the final moments of 1 October’s 4-0 win over Hearts.

The following game, Kent was up against Trent Alexander-Arnold as Rangers fell to a 2-0 Champions League defeat against Liverpool.
McLeish, who was in attendance at Anfield, is certain Kent will find his shooting boots sooner rather than later.
“The one thing I was wanting to judge was how Ryan would do when he was up against Alexander-Arnold,” McLeish told Football Insider’s Ben Wild.
“They were one-on-one and I think Kent was stifled because Liverpool brought another man over in certain moments.
“Alexander-Arnold is a great player but we have seen this season that players can get behind him and then his recovery hasn’t been great.
“I was looking forward to seeing that duel and on the night Ryan was quite quiet. While Alexander-Arnold had a brilliant game.
“We need to see a bit more of that goalscoring ability from Ryan, we know he has it and it was great to see last weekend.
“He was producing some big performances last season and it would be just brilliant if he could find that form again.
“You would back him to do that.”

On 1 October, sources told this site that Kent has rejected a new contract offer from the Light Blues.
The winger has entered the final 12 months of his contract at Ibrox.
