Rangers fans: Danilo ‘out for months’ as new images emerge on social media

Rangers fans are convinced Danilo will spend “months” on the sidelines due to a new injury blow after images emerged on social media.

After reports that the striker had been left out of the Europa League squad, speculation was rife about why he had been excluded – with many expecting a new injury blow.

The Brazilian has spent the majority of his Rangers career on the treatment table since joining in the summer of 2023, and the latest blow appears to be another serious one.

Images which quickly went viral amongst supporters on social media appeared to show Danilo in a leg brace, raising further red flags about the extent of the blow.

While reports have claimed the striker will miss up to four weeks, many supporters are speculating that he could be sidelined for a significant period.

Danilo has missed a total of 41 games through injury since joining Rangers last year, and the majority of those have been with a recurring knee injury.

Having now re-injured his knee, fans are concerned about his long-term career at Ibrox.
