Rangers fans deliver verdict on reported interested in 25-year-old ace
By Will Butcher
Rangers fans have urged their club on Twitter to complete the signing of Aberdeen’s Ryan Jack after they were credited with a reported interest in the midfielder.
The Scottish Sun claim the 25-year-old captain is available on a pre-contract agreement as he enters the final two months of his current contract at Pittodrie.
Jack has caught the eye this season after a number of impressive performances for Derek McInnes’ side, with Pedro Caixinha likely to strengthen his side in the summer.
The report claims that the Dons have not lost hope in keeping their skipper beyond his current contract, but it is believed the Gers are likely to outbid them as both clubs look to sign Jack to a contract.
Rangers fans have reacted by attempting to persuade their club to sign the 19-time Scotland Under-21 international, as he continues to inspire the Dons to second place in the Scottish Premiership.

Making 34 appearances, Jack has helped the Dons triumph in 21 league and cup encounters as well as scoring two goals with the captain’s armband.
However, it remains unlikely that he will remain with Aberdeen as his contract is set to expire on May 31.
In other Rangers transfer news, scouts have been deployed as this Gers attacker looks set to leave.
