Rangers fans left stunned by what Jefte did v Dundee United
Rangers fans have been left stunned by Jefte’s performance during the hard-fought win against Dundee United at Tannadice Park.
Philippe Clement’s side took all three points on the road after a 1-0 win thanks to Tom Lawrence’s early strike, but were made to fight for their win.
Late pressure from United after Gers failed to capitalise on their chances made for a nervy end to the game, but they were able to hold on to their lead.
However, it was the new left-back who attracted the spotlight from the travelling fans who were wowed by yet another impressive display in the blue shirt.
Jefte arrived at Ibrox on a four-year deal in the summer after the club agreed a fee of around £800,000 with Brazilian outfit Fluminense.
It has taken a few games for him to adapt to Scottish football, but is now looking like one of their most impressive acquisitions in recent years.
Some consistently impressive displays in the absence of Ridvan Yilmaz have allowed the 20-year-old to establish himself as a key player under Clement, and fans have been impressed.
