Rangers fans are all saying same thing about Graeme Murty after loss v Celtic

Rangers fans are furious after Sunday’s 5-0 Scottish Premiership humiliation against Old Firm rivals Celtic – and Gers fans want manager Graeme Murty to be sacked or resign immediately.

The result confirmed Celtic as champions for the seventh successive season as Rangers sank without trace and put their chances of even finishing second at risk.

Murty is widely expected to leave Ibrox in the summer after stepping up from the Under-20s in the wake of Pedro Caixinha’s sacking in October – but fans want him gone now, with one saying they were “glad” there was no Gers players sent out to speak to the media after the final whistle.

Here are some of their comments on Twitter:

The Light Blues have three games left to salvage second in the table and overtake Derek McInnes’ Aberdeen.

With clashed against the Dons, Hibernian and Kilmarnock to come, the Gers won’t have it easy and could even find themselves finishing fourth and potentially missing out on a place in the Europa League.

The Gers face Kilmarnock at Ibrox next Saturday in their final home game of the season before trips to Pittodrie and Easter Road in the final two weeks of the season.

In other Rangers news, the club have sealed two new signings and three more are in the pipeline in an ASTONISHING transfer blitz before the window even opens.
