Rangers fans rage at ‘terrifying’ confirmed Ibrox transfer news

Rangers fans have been left fuming after Philippe Clement’s recent comments surrounding the club’s transfer activity this summer.

The boss spoke out to explain that the arrivals of Clinton Nsiala and Hamza Igamane are for the future rather than to have an impact on the first team right now.

He also caused speculation amongst the fans but claiming his expectations had changed since he arrived in October compared to how he sees things now.

As a result, supporters have suggested he was lied to by the board, with the ongoing transfer window the source of plenty of talk around Ibrox.

Rangers fans concerned after Philippe Clement transfer admission

Rangers have been active in the summer transfer window so far, completing deals for Jefte, Liam Kelly and Connor Barron alongside Nsiala and Igamane.

However, fans feel this will not be enough, and have hit out at the club for their lack of ambition in the market, labelling the deals “worrying” and expressing fears of a “disaster”.

Others called for the club to step up their efforts, while there were also demands for John Bennett to come out and explain the situation.

One fan even went as far as to insist he would sell his ticket should the starting lineup not be significantly improved before the season begins.

In other news, Jaden Philogene is undergoing a medical at Aston Villa.
