Rangers fans react to Jason Cummings cameo in win against Aberdeen

Rangers new boy Jason Cummings made his debut for the Ibrox giants when he was a second-half substitute during the 2-0 win over Aberdeen on Wednesday night – and fans were left hoping the striker gets a start on Sunday when the Gers face Ross County.
The 22-year-old came off the bench to a rapturous ovation from a sold-out Ibrox when he replaced Colombian Alfredo Morelos after 70 minutes.
Cummings joined the Glasgow giants on loan from Nottingham Forest earlier this month and fans have been buzzing about the Scotland striker’s arrival at Ibrox.
Fans were delighted to see the striker make his debut in a late cameo for the Light Blues – with one fan saying Cummings had a “spring in his step.”
Here are some of their comments on Twitter:

With the Gers facing a hectic schedule over the net few weeks, Cummings will likely make his first start before too long as he settles in at his new club.
The 22-year-old scored four times in 17 appearances for Nottingham Forest after his summer move to the City Ground but was unable to hold down a regular first-team place.
It’s clear that Cummings is a signing which excites fans and if the on-loan striker can replicate his goalscoring form from his time at Hibs – 71 goals in 149 appearances – he should be a huge success for the Ibrox giants.
In other Rangers news, fans have reacted after this midfield dynamo underwent a medical to complete his switch.
