'Bit strange' - Rangers fans react to reported starting XI to face Aberdeen
Rangers fans have been reacting on social media after a club insider reported the starting XI for Tuesday night’s must-win Scottish Premiership clash with Aberdeem.
According to Est. Consultancy on Twitter, who have a strong reputation for reporting Gers team news, the Light Blues will start at Pittodrie with the same XI that ended Saturday’s 1-0 win over Kilmarnock a Ibrox – meaning returns to the starting XI for Sean Goss and Ross McCrorie with Jason Holt and Jason Cummings making way.

Gers fans were split on the reported starting XI with Sean Goss’ inclusion as a defensive midfielder raising some eyebrows – with one fan saying the on-loan QPR doesn’t fill them with confidence.
Here are some of their comments on Twitter:
Dorrans needs dropped waste of a jersey I’d have docherty in there

McCrorie cdm?

Goss doesn't fill me with confidence as a cdm. Never makes a tackle, but the boy can thread a pass like no one else in the team

Bit strange that he was the one put forward to talk to Sky at Auchenhowie about how important this game is, and then isn't starting.
Injury?

The Light Blues go into the Pittodrie clash with Derek McInnes’ side trailing the Dons by a single point in the race for second in the Scottish Premiership.
A win over the Reds would mean the Ibrox side only need a draw against Hibs on Sunday to securethe Light Blues’ highest league finish in six years.
