'Disgraceful', 'I'm speechless' - Rangers fans go berserk at Murty XI v Hearts

Rangers manager Graeme Murty has named his starting XI to face Hearts at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership – and fans weren’t impressed with Murty’s selection at all.

The Gers boss has made four changes to the side which faced Celtic in the semi-final of the Scottish Cup last weekend with Jak Alnwick, Jason Holt, Josh Windass and Jason Cummings coming into the starting XI for Wes Foderingham, Greg Docherty, Andy Halliday and Alfredo Morelos.

Murty’s side need to pick up three points against the Jambos after falling three points behind Aberdeen in the race for second in the league.

The Gers confirmed the starting XI on their official Twitter account.

Gers fans went berserk at Murty’s selection – particularly axing Greg Docherty – with one fan saying they were “speechless.”

After last weekend’s 4-0 thrashing by Celtic, the Ibrox giants could face a backlash from supporters when they take on Craig Levein’s side on Sunday afternoon.

The Light Blues can’t afford anything other than three points against Hearts but know a win will also mean Celtic could confirm their seventh successive title with a win when the two sides meet in the final Old Firm clash of the season next weekend.

In other Rangers news, Graeme Murty was left raving over this from last weekend’s Celtic clash.
