Rangers fans say what surprised them about Ryan Naderi after what he did vs Queen’s Park
Rangers enjoyed a comfortable passage to the next round of the Scottish Cup with an 8-0 win over Queen’s Park.
Queen’s Park knocked Rangers out of the Scottish Cup 1-0 last season, but the Championship side were blown away on this visit to Ibrox.
James Tavernier, whose contract expires in the summer, netted a first-half hat-trick alongside a Ryan Naderi double, a Bojan Miovski strike, a Tochi Chukwuani goal, and a Matt Shiels own goal.
Danny Rohl’s side progress to the quarter-finals of the competition, with Rangers still in with a chance of a league and cup double this season.

Rangers fans impressed by Ryan Naderi debut
Naderi joined Rangers from Hansa Rostock in a £4.7million move, and made his first appearance for the club in their 5-1 win over Kilmarnock.
The German came on for the final 30 minutes, but missed one big chance and could not find the back of the net.
However, on his first start against Queen’s Park, Naderi announced himself to the fanbase with two goals, and an overall promising display.
Rangers signed Youssef Chermiti and Miovski in the summer, but neither striker has been able to nail down a position in Rohl’s team.
Naderi may now be handed a run in the team to stake his claim, with fans believing the 22-year-old has been exactly what they have been missing all season.
Danny Rohl has decision to make
Chermiti’s future at Rangers was unclear during the January transfer window, and the 21-year-old could leave after just one season at Ibrox in the summer.
Rangers could accept a bid for Chermiti, with the striker having netted just four times since his arrival from Everton.

Chermiti was not in the matchday squad against Kilmarnock, and the striker was also not even on the bench against Queen’s Park.
It will be a big decision by Rohl as to who starts for Rangers against Motherwell and Hearts next, with just three points separating his side from the league leaders.
There is also the prospect of a Glasgow derby against Celtic under a month away, and Rohl will want a striker in form heading into that contest.
