'Liability', 'Woeful', 'Rubbish' - Rangers fans slam one player despite win v St Johnstone

Rangers fans have slammed Andy Halliday on Twitter for his performance in the 4-1 win against St Johnstone at McDiarmid Park on Tuesday night.
The Light Blues moved within six points of Scottish Premiership leaders Celtic ahead of their game against Dundee on Wednesday, but the display of Halliday, 26, was a major talking on social media, with many supporters disappointed by his rare outing.
Halliday was thrown in at left-back by manager Graeme Murty due to an injury sustained by Declan John, with reports that the Welshman will spend four weeks on the sidelines.
With Lee Wallace not back to full fitness and Lee Hodson seemingly well out of the picture at Ibrox, Murty decided to take a chance on Halliday, who has mainly been deployed as a central midfielder during his spell in Glasgow.
However fans were left underwhelmed by Halliday, who earned his first start in the league since returning from his loan spell at Gabala in January.
One angry Gers supporter claimed that the 26-year-old was a “liability” on the night.
Here is a selection of their tweets:

Halliday signed for Rangers in 2015 from Bradford while Mark Warburton was at the helm.
He was frozen out by Pedro Caixinha during the Portuguese manager’s horrific charge at Ibrox and was shipped out on loan to Azerbaijani club Gabala.
The fringe player made just seven appearances in the former Soviet state before being recalled by Murty last month.
In other Rangers news, fans have demanded that the club signs this “outrageous” international attacker in the summer.
