Rangers fans stunned by what Connor Barron has said as new footage emerges

Rangers fans have been stunned by Connor Barron after he told the media he does not use social media, leading to high praise at Ibrox.

This comes just days after his teammate Todd Cantwell was spotted calling out fans on social media as frustrations boiled over.

Barron, 21, arrived in Glasgow from Aberdeen upon the expiry of his contract and already has Rangers fans tipping him to make a big impact.

It hasn’t taken long for the new signing to excite fans at Ibrox and they will be looking forward to seeing him don the blue shirt for the first time.

Frustration at Cantwell’s online antics has been bubbling for a while, and Barron’s interview has provided a nice change of pace for the supporters.

Fans went as far as to suggest Barron could find himself in the Gers Hall of Fame in years to come, with another commenting that he is already a “potential captain”.
