Rangers fans on Twitter are eager for new manager Pedro Caixinha to start Joe Garner in a new two up top formation against Hamilton on Saturday afternoon.
The 28-year-old striker missed last Sunday’s 1-1 draw against fierce rivals Celtic due to a one-match suspension.
But, with a hat-trick in the 6-0 demolition of Hamilton earlier in the month supporters are now keen to see him make his return to the starting eleven.
Large sections of the Gers fan base on social media have selected Garner in their line-ups for the Hamilton match, while others believe Caixinha may now get the best out of the summer signing.
Here are a selection of their messages on Twitter:
waggy and Garner up front would do me 🙂

I'd play Garner and Waghorn or Garner and Dodoo

Garner made the switch to Glasgow in the summer for a fee of £1.5million from Championship side Preston.
He had scored just six goals in 44 matches for the Lancashire side in the last campaign, but he has already topped that with seven strikes in 27 encounters in all competitions this season.
If Portuguese boss Caixinha does hand him a starting role on Saturday then he will surely be keen to impress his new boss and try and cement a place in the Rangers first team.
In other Rangers news, Steven Thompson believes the Gers are in need of a summer clear-out.
