Rangers in late-window bid to sign Manchester United player – report
By Harry Sykes
Rangers have launched a late-window bid to sign Manchester United player Matthew Olosunde, according to a report.
Fans site Ibrox Noise claims the Scottish giants are pursuing the right-sided defender in the final 48 hours of the window.
It is said that Rangers are keen on signing full-back Olosunde on a loan deal just days after snapping up Aaron Nemane on loan from Manchester City until January.
Olusunde is an American-born utility player capable of operating in a number of different positions including defence and on the wing.
Olosunde, 19, is a former United States Under-17 international who is yet to appear for the United first team but is a regular member of their Under-23s in Premier League 2.
In other Rangers news, it can be revealed that a powerhouse wanted by Caixinha has rejected a contract as he seeks last-gasp transfer before window shuts.
