Rangers reported decision after Old Firm defeat is shameful after fans are left in dark
Rangers refused to send anyone to speak to the media after Sunday’s Old Firm humiliation against Celtic – and it is a shameful decision by whoever decided to leave fans in the dark after the display against the Hoops.
According to Press Association’s Andy Newport on Twitter, the Gers announced they wouldn’t be providing manager Graeme Murty or any of the players to speak to the media after the final whistle.
Rangers will not be providing anyone for the post-match press conference. Not Graeme Murty nor his players

After fans sat through the humiliating result, the very least they deserve is an explanation of the absolute shambles that they had just witnessed and the decision to refuse to speak to the media – and also the fans – shows the absolute contempt some at Ibrox hold the support in.
With thousands paying almost £50 to attend Celtic Park and countless more watching at home, to have nobody from the club have the decency to come out and even offer an apology is absolutely baffling.
Later on Sunday night, the Gers are due to hold their Player of the Year awards – which will make for a very interesting evening for Murty’s squad – and the same fans who will be attending that are the same ones that someone within Ibrox should simply be ignored after watching their side collapse and hand Celtic a seventh successive title.

After getting so much praise from fans over the possibility of Steven Gerrard taking the reins as manager, nobody seems to know quite how to undo all their hard work like Rangers do.
