Rangers strongest XI: Caixinha favourite axed, Scottish Lampard among multiple summer signings

It has been a summer of massive upheaval at Rangers in which Pedro Caixinha has sanctioned 11 new signings and dispensed with those he thought were not up to it.
The likes of Barrie McKay, Martyn Waghorn and Joe Garner were all shown the exit door as the team assembled by Mark Warburton was torn apart.
Caixinha has been left with a team moulded very much in his own image and which comes with his own personal stamp.
With the transfer business now done, fans will be able to debate the strongest starting XI without having to consider caveats of ongoing negotiations for arrivals or departures.
So, which of the 11 new boys makes the cut? Do any Warburton favourites get a look-in?
