James Tavernier (right-back)
His lack of consistency is a source of frustration for Rangers fans, as are his occasional brainfart moments. But he offers much going forward and provides a key attacking outlet on the right flank, as well as possessing a useful ability to pop up with goals. Gets the nod over fellow full-back Lee Hodson because of his greater attacking threat, but must deliver the goods more often to ensure he remains a first-choice player this season.
