Rangers transfer news: John Lundstram in talks as English clubs ready offers – sources
Rangers star John Lundstram remains in talks with the club over a new contract, sources have told Football Insider.
The talks come amid heavy interest from English clubs, who are expected to submit contract offers for the 30-year-old.
But Rangers are hopeful that an agreement will be reached with the midfielder despite negotiations stalling in recent weeks.
Lundstram, who joined the Gers from Sheffield United in 2021, will see his contract expire at the end of the season.

The midfielder has been a key player at Ibrox this season, with Lundstram making 47 appearances in all competitions so far.
Philippe Clement has relied heavily on the 30-year-old across the Scottish Premiership and the Europa League.
The player has registered two goals and seven assists in all competitions as he approaches his 50th appearance.
Sources told Football Insider last month that the Gers had offered Lundstram a new deal at Ibrox, but that talks had stalled.
The former Premier League star will be available as a free agent in the summer transfer window if no such deal is agreed.
Lundstram and Rangers remain in the fight for two trophies under Clement this season, with the Scottish giants second in the league table and into the semi-finals of the Scottish Cup.

Fierce rivals Celtic are four points ahead in the former, while Hearts await in the latter, with that clash taking place at Hampden Park on Sunday (21 April).
In other news, Fulham, Sheffield United and Southampton plot raids to sign Ibrox star.
