Rangers expected 4-4-2 v Motherwell: New arrival to feature

By Joe Nelson

Mark Warburton is not expected to ring the changes as table-toppers Rangers face Motherwell this Saturday at the Ibrox Stadium.
Goal scorers against Dundee United, Harry Forrester and Kenny Miller, are both expected to start. Rangers beat Dundee 2-1 in that match, which saw them top the Scottish Premier League with four points.
The Gers sit one point ahead of Motherwell in seventh, who travel to Ibrox having lost to St Johnstone 2-1.
The 54-time Scottish League Champions may have another addition to the squad come Saturday, as Preston’s Joe Garner is expected to have a medical ahead of his move to Ibrox, according to BBC Sport.
New boys Jordan Rossiter and Joey Barton are both set to feature following their impressive opening league displays last weekend, and will be looking to solidify their starting spots for the season.
Rangers now have five wins in their last six games, only dropping points to Hamilton on the opening day of the league season, when they drew 1-1.
The visitors, Motherwell, had been on an impressive run of four straight victories, before crashing to consecutive losses against St Johnstone and a 5-0 battering at the hands of Celtic in the Scottish Cup on Wednesday.
Key striker Martyn Waghorn is expected to miss out again on Saturday, and new arrivals Josh Windass, Niko Kranjcar, Clint Hill and Matt Gilks provide depth from the bench.
Predicted Rangers Line-up: Foderingham, Tavernier, Wilson, Kiernan, Wallace, McKay, Barton, Rossiter, Forrester, Miller, Halliday (4-4-2)
Predicted Motherwell Line-up: Samson, Tait, Heneghan, McManus, Chalmers, Ainsworth, Lasley, Clay, Cadden, Johnson, McDonald (4-5-1)
