
‘Rangers will be fined’ after ‘unprovoked Cerny attack’ emerges – Celtic fans fume
Rangers fans were left celebrating an incredible Old Firm derby win in a five-goal thriller, with Vaclav Cerny taking it a step too far as he provoked the Celtic supporters.
It was a hard-fought victory for the Gers who secured bragging rights over their rivals in what has been a season to forget for the club.
Rangers dominated the first half with goals from Nicolas Raskin and Mohamed Diomande, but the Hoops fought back in the second half as Daizen Maeda and Reo Hatate drew Brendan Rodgers’ team level.

It appeared that the Old Firm rivals would battle out a 2-2 draw, but Hamza Igamane had other ideas as he scored a stunning goal to win the game for Rangers in the 88th minute.
Rangers closed the gap on Celtic at the top of the Scottish Premiership as they are now 13 points behind the Hoops.
The Gers will now move on in a bid to continue their momentum as they face Dundee on Saturday (29 March) in the league.

Vaclav Cerny attacked Celtic fans
There was plenty of frustration from Celtic fans after losing at home against Rangers, with many taking it out on Rodgers.
Ranger fans winding up their rivals is to be expected, but what isn’t normal is seeing a player do it.
However, that didn’t stop Cerny as he celebrated his team taking the lead late in the game by running down the touchline and spraying water in the faces of the Celtic fans.

Celtic fans were left fuming with Cerny’s actions as they branded it an “unprovoked attack” by the Rangers star.
Fans felt he took things too far in a “disgusting” act as they called for the Scottish FA to hand him a “very lengthy ban.”
