Rashford and Fernandes reply to new Pogba message amid Man United exit latest
Paul Pogba has taken to social media to send a new message following a fresh update on his future, with his former Man United teammates Marcus Rashford and Bruno Fernandes both responding.
It has been a frustrating period for the Frenchman, who has not played a competitive game since September 2023 due to a doping ban.
Some Man United fans had called for Pogba to return to the club after he was cleared to resume training earlier this year.
The midfielder has now secured a route back into football with a new team, although he will not be heading back to Old Trafford in the near future.

Paul Pogba looks ahead to playing return
Last week, it was confirmed that Pogba has now signed a two-year contract with Ligue 1 side Monaco, allowing him to compete again from the start of next season.
Not surprisingly, the 32-year-old appears to be relishing his return to action ahead of the new campaign judging by his latest social media activity.
Taking to his Instagram page, Pogba posted a video showing him going through the process of completing his move to Monaco, alongside a caption that simply read: “New chapter begins”.
It has been suggested that Man United could pay Rashford’s wage to allow him to leave the club this summer, following his loan spell with Aston Villa.
Amid that, the winger responded to his former teammate by commenting on the post with a loveheart emoji.
By contrast, Fernandes is set to stay at Man United despite interest from Saudi Arabia, and he also replied to Pogba with the emojis “P P ∞”

Football Insider Verdict
There is no denying Pogba can be a top quality player on his day, and his return to Old Trafford would have been an emotional one.
But after what was such a disappointing 2024/25 season, manager Ruben Amorim surely needs players who can make an immediate impact as the club look for a quick turnaround in the coming campaign.
After so long out of the game, it would be understandable if Pogba still needs some time to get back up to full match fitness and sharpness even once he is playing again.
With that in mind it is unlikely that his signing would really be what Man United need ahead of next season.
As a result, the fact they have not made a move to bring the midfielder back to the club does seem sensible from the Red Devils.
