Decent display from the winger but not as effective as he can be when at his best.
Had some success with cutbacks and linked up well with Griffiths down the right.
The 26-year-old’s was a let down in some aspects, especially decision making, and needs to work on his final ball.
Played the full 90 minutes and can only continue to improve for club and country.
Pressured the Maltese defence well throughout and showed a willingness to work hard.
