Redknapp: I spent Sunday with Tottenham ace Kane, this is what his weakness is

Jamie Redknapp has claimed in the Mail that Harry Kane is unstoppable on the football pitch but his “weakness” is on the golf course.
The high profile pundit played golf with Kane on Sunday just 24 hours after the striker marked his return to the Tottenham starting line-up with a goal in their 4-0 Premier League demolition of Bournemouth.
The 23-year-old is renowned as a scratch golfer but lost out to Redknapp and former Chelsea striker Andriy Shevchenko when they crossed swords at the weekend.
Redknapp relayed the tale as he gave a ringing endorsement of Kane’s potential and backed him to become the most prolific striker in Premier League history.
Kane struck his 20th league goal of the campaign at the weekend despite missing a big chunk of the season due to two separate ankle injuries.

He continues to build on the promise demonstrated in his breakthrough 2014-15 campaign and his more prolific form of 2015-16.
“I was delighted to see Harry Kane join Alan Shearer, Ruud van Nistelrooy and Thierry Henry in a very exclusive club of players to score 20 Premier League goals in three successive seasons,” wrote Redknapp in his weekly Mail column.
“Harry is the man who has the best chance of beating Shearer’s all-time record of 260 goals. It will be tough but he is young enough and at the right club to succeed — and if he breaks his August hoodoo then he will score even more!
“Tottenham have already surpassed the 70 points they won last season. They are getting better every year and there is no reason why Kane cannot become a Premier League title winner like Shearer, Van Nistelrooy and Henry.
“After being unstoppable on the pitch for the last three seasons it seems his only weakness is on the golf course — on Sunday Andriy Shevchenko and I beat Harry and his friend 3&2!”
Since the start of the 2014-15 season, Kane has scored 66 league goals, a return bettered only by Manchester City’s Sergio Aguero (67).
The closest competitors to the leading two are Everton’s Romelu Lukaku (52), Chelsea’s Diego Costa (49) and Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez (47).
In other Tottenham transfer news, the club have sensationally terminated the contract of one of their defenders.
