Reece James shares reaction to Estevao’s message after his Brazil stunner
Chelsea winger Estevao shared an excited message on social media after his bicycle kick goal for Brazil.
The Brazilian teenager has started his Chelsea career positively, after stepping in for the injured Cole Palmer so far this season.
Chelsea officially confirmed the arrival of Estevao in August, marking the end of a long wait since the youngster was first signed back in 2024.
While he is yet to score his first goal for the club, Estevao was impressive against West Ham, where his solo dribble in the box ended with an assist.
With club football on hold during the international break, Estevao produced a moment of magic for Brazil, finding the net with an overhead kick to open the scoring in a 3-0 win over Chile.
Premier League stars react after Estevao’s first goal for Brazil
Estevao took to Instagram after scoring his first goal for Brazil, sharing an emotional message with his supporters.
He captioned his post with: “First off I wanna thank God. All honor and all glory be given to Him!
“Very happy to make yet another dream come true, scoring my first goal for the Brazilian national team, and even more so for the great victory”.
The message drew many reactions, with Andrey Santos commenting “Craque” and Tottenham’s Richarlison leaving an applause emoji. Other players such as Reece James, Savinho and Joao Pedro also showed support as all liked the post.
During Brazil’s 3-0 victory over Chile, other Premier League stars also got on the scoresheet, as Lucas Paqueta and Bruno Guimaraes also scored for Brazil.
The side have already qualified for the World Cup in 2026, but Carlo Ancelotti is still currently experimenting with strong sides after he was appointed earlier this summer.

Chelsea can trust Estevao over Cole Palmer amid concerns
Palmer’s form has come under scrutiny this season, with criticism aimed at his performance against Crystal Palace and concerns over a run of 17 league games without a goal from open play.
Meanwhile, Estevao’s direct, fearless approach offers Enzo Maresca a fresh option, while also giving Palmer the chance to regain fitness and confidence without pressure.
With two wins from two since the Englishman’s injury and Estevao’s impressive performances, Maresca could be faced with a dilemma on the right flank.
