Reliable journalist: Crocked Liverpool ace eyeing Watford return (not Henderson)
By Will Butcher
Adam Lallana is looking to return from injury in time for Liverpool’s clash against Watford on May 1 at Anfield, according to a reliable journalist.
Lallana, 28, has failed to feature for the Merseyside giants since March 19 against Manchester City after injuring his thigh while on international duty with Gareth Southgate’s England.
However, injury analyst Ben Dinnery, who works with Sky Sports and ESPN, claimed on his personal Twitter account that the former Southampton ace could return against Watford.

That will see Liverpool’s number 20 miss a total of five games, with Sunday’s clash against Crystal Palace potentially the last that Lallana watches from the sidelines.
Playmaker Lallana began the season in fine form with Jurgen Klopp’s side, scoring seven goals in 2016 but has failed to add to that tally since the turn of the year.

However, his impending return will come as a huge boost to the former Borussia Dortmund manager as he looks for his best players to make themselves available with five games left.
Liverpool currently sit in third place with 66 points, but are being tracked closely by both Man City and Man United who have games in hand over Klopp’s side.
Three points on Saturday, without Lallana, could see the Reds consolidate their place in the top four as they look to qualify for the 2017-18 edition of the Champions League.
Klopp will be hoping his side can conduct a repeat of their last fixture against Watford, as the reds ran riot at Anfield with a 6-0 win.
