Reliable journalist: Liverpool 17-year-old training with first team ahead of Watford clash

Rhian Brewster is training with Liverpool’s first team ahead of Saturday’s Premier League clash against Watford, according to a reliable journalist.
Brewster, 17, was a surprise inclusion in Liverpool’s matchday squad to face Crystal Palace on Tuesday, as the Merseyside giants lost 2-1 to Sam Allardyce’s Eagles.
Press Association reporter Carl Markham, who covers both Everton and Liverpool, revealed on his personal Twitter account that the forward is still training with the Reds’ first-team.

Brewster was named on Jurgen Klopp’s substitutes’ bench as attacking duo Danny Ings and Daniel Sturridge remain sidelined with long-term injuries.
Instead of returning to Mike Garrity’s Under-23 set-up, Brewster has remained with Klopp’s first team as he prepares his side to face Walter Mazzarri’s Watford on Monday night.

After turning 17 just this month, Brewster has shone at such a young age in Garrity’s second string with three goals in eight Premier League 2 appearances this season.
Now, Liverpool’s number 57 will be hoping he can remain in Klopp’s squad as Liverpool travel to Vicarage Road in Hertfordshire to face Watford.
The Reds will be hoping that they can produce a repeat of the reverse fixture that saw Liverpool tear Watford apart at Anfield 6-0.
Brewster is yet to make a senior appearance for the Reds but could get his chance before too long, with Klopp obviously a fan of the youngster.
In other Liverpool news, Adam Lallana has paid this tribute to this long-term absentee on Twitter.
