Serie A attacking ace wants Premier League move, West Ham interested – reports
By Will Butcher
AC Milan ace M’Baye Niang is waiting for a move to the Premier League with West Ham keen, according to reports.
Now, a report on transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio’s website claims that Genoa are working hard to sign the Frenchman, but Niang is waiting for an offer from the Premier League.
The Hammers are looking to replace Italy international Simone Zaza, after the Juventus striker cancelled his east London loan to join La Liga side Valencia until the end of the season.
With Diafra Sakho still looking to recover from a back injury and Jonathan Calleri reportedly closing in on a move to Spanish side Las Palmas, a striker is needed to support Andy Carroll.

Known for his explosive pace from out wide or down the middle as a centre forward, Niang has the power to beat a man and create something out of nothing.
Despite not being one of the first names on the team sheet this season, Niang has still managed to find the back of the net three times for AC Milan, as well as providing three assists in 18 games.
Football Insider verdict:
With Niang keen to secure a move to the Premier League, the Hammers must look to capitalise by making an immediate offer for the speed machine. Other than Michail Antonio, the Hammers do not possess much speed in the final third with Sakho still on the physio’s treatment table. Having a player that can hassle a defence, as well as looking to gamble on target man Carroll’s knockdowns, Bilic’s side could become much more of a threat in attacking areas with the signing of AC Milan’s number 11.
In other West Ham transfer news, the Hammers have been sounded out as this Man United star looks to leave.
