Celtic’s summer transfer business has again been questioned with one star failing to impress supporters against St Mirren.
Martin O’Neill remains in charge of Celtic with a new permanent manager not yet in place at the club, and the 73-year-old watched on as Callum McGregor netted a 95th minute winner to claim all three points.
McGregor’s goal was one of only two shots on target for Celtic in the match, but the three points could prove pivotal as they close the gap on leaders Hearts.

Sebastian Tounekti ‘nowhere near’ Celtic’s level
With injuries currently decimating the Celtic squad, O’Neill’s hand has been forced somewhat into who he can pick in his starting XI.
The Celtic board has been slammed for its lack of summer spending, and fans believe arrival Sebastian Tounekti is not looking good enough to play for the club.
Tounekti has scored just twice since his move from Hammarby, with fans expecting greater end product from the winger.
The 23-year-old though was not the only player to receive criticism against St Mirren, with supporters wanting the club to invest in bolstering their attack in January.
