Rodrigo Muniz sends five-word Fulham message amid Craven Cottage exit rumours
Fulham striker Rodrigo Muniz has sent a message to Cottagers supporters amid rumours that he could leave the club this summer.
Fulham impressed in the Premier League under Marco Silva last season as they finished in 11th place and reached the FA Cup quarter-finals.
Muniz was once again a key man for the West London outfit throughout their decent campaign as he fired home 11 goals in 36 appearances in all competitions.
The Brazilian forward has been the subject of serious transfer interest from Leeds United this summer, after Football Insider revealed last month that the Whites were readying a bid for Muniz as they were targeting a striker with experience in the English top-flight.
Leeds then saw a bid £32million for Muniz rejected by Fulham, but former scout Mick Brown told Football Insider on 25 June that the Elland Road outfit were set to submit a new offer for the Cottagers’ striker, and he has now moved to send a new message to Fulham supporters.

Muniz sends ‘focused’ Fulham message amid Leeds links
According to a new update on Leeds’ pursuit of Muniz from the Yorkshire Evening Post, the newly-promoted Whites have not abandoned their belief that a deal can be struck with Fulham to sign the 24-year-old.
He remains a Cottagers player for now, however, and took to Instagram on Monday (14 July) to post a new update on his preparations for the new season at Fulham’s training ground alongside the caption: “Focused and up for it!” with fire and ‘100’ emojis.
Leeds and Muniz could be a good match if the price is right
Football Insider verdict
Muniz is clearly a talented striker, as shown by when he won the Premier League’s Player of the Month award in March last year after he registered four goals and one assist in just four appearances.
While Football Insider revealed last month that Muniz is content at Craven Cottage amid interest from Leeds, his lack of game-time last term is surely something that he will want to see addressed going forward into 2025/26 if he stays at Fulham.

With Marco Silva’s starting centre-forward, Raul Jimenez, unlikely to leave this summer, a move away could massively benefit Muniz, especially to a club the size of Leeds.
Football Insider revealed in May that Leeds will not build their attack around Joel Piroe in the Premier League, so Farke is clearly after a new starting striker, which Muniz would be if he made the move to Elland Road.
At 24-years-old, the Brazilian should jump at the chance to lead the line in the top-flight with the Whites, but Leeds must only move for him if they feel they are not overpaying, as the £32m they saw rejected is already a pretty sizeable figure for a player like Muniz.
