Scott Sinclair: All the teams in Europe will be looking at this Celtic player
By Danny Wright
Scott Sinclair has claimed that “all the teams in Europe” will be keeping watch over Celtic left-back Kieran Tierney as his scintillating form shows no signs of cooling down.
It has been widely reported that a clutch of Premier League teams have had their eye on Tierney, 20, for a while now, which led the Hoops to hand the Scotland international an emphatic six-year deal in October to quell any concerns about his future.
The Bhoys defender is constantly hailed as being one of the top full-backs in British football alongside the likes of Danny Rose, Kyle Walker and Ryan Bertrand, and that comes as no surprise to Sinclair, who believes that the very best clubs will be keeping tabs on him.
“You have seen the likes of Kieran, there has been a lot of speculation around him, so it’s great he’s signed a new deal,” he said, as quoted by the Scottish Sun.
“I’m sure all the teams in Europe are looking at him.”

Tierney has made 24 appearances across all competitions already for Celtic this season, playing in all but one of their matches.
In those games, the Isle of Man-born flyer has scored two goals and supplied four assists, with his attacking displays looking more like something of a fully-fledging attacking winger than an inexperienced full-back.
He was impressive in the loss to Bayern Munich last week but before that he put in a stunning performance away at Aberdeen in a vital Premiership win.
Tierney scored one of Celtic’s goals of the season with a thunderbolt of a strike from a narrow angle, that cannoned in off the bar.
