'Should be starting' - Rangers fans rave about 22-yr-old for display v Hearts
Rangers fans on social media have been falling over themselves to praise Jason Cummings, as the striker showed what he could do in a rare start for the Gers against Hearts, in a game which ended 2-1 to the Light Blues.
Cummings, 22, replaced the out-of-touch Alfredo Morelos for only his third league start since moving to Ibrox in January, and he showed how deadly he can be in front of goal by giving the Gers the lead in the 47th minute.
The goal lead to many Gers fans not only praising the player, but wondering why he hasn’t been given more of a chance to start matches by manager Graeme Murty.
Here are some of the best reactions from Twitter to Cummings performance:
Everyone wants to give Cummings a chance. Gets his chance. Scores to make it 1-0. Shocker

Cummings joined the Gers from Nottingham Forest in January, and the club has an option to make the deal permanent at the end of the season.
So far Cummings has had to play second fiddle to Morelos, who had been in excellent form for most of the season, but as the Colombian has lost form, now could be the time for Cummings to be given his chance for the rest of the season.

It will be interesting to see if Cummings gets the nod to start when the Gers travel to Celtic Park for the Old Firm derby next Sunday.
