Five new starters: This is how Monk's new-look Leeds side will line up next season
COMMENT by Will Butcher
Leeds manager Garry Monk has been very busy in the transfer market so far, confirming six new signings in the space of 10 days.
Monk has brought in the likes of Swedish striker Marcus Antonsson, League Two Player of the Year Kemar Roofe and ex-England international Rob Green.
The former Swansea manager continues to also be linked with other new players, such as Everton stalwart Leon Osman and Dundee duo Greg Stewart and Kane Hemmings.
Teen sensation Lewis Cook is close to sealing a £10m move to Premier League side Bournemouth, while fan favourite Marco Antenucci has also left Elland Road to join Serie B side S.P.A.L and it’s interesting to see how they will cope without these two.
The Yorkshire side is set to look very different when they travel to Loftus Road to face QPR on 7 August, and at Football Insider we have picked a possible starting 11.

New signing Green would fill the void left by goalkeeper Marco Silvestri, who is likely to leave after being sent home from Leeds’ Ireland training camp and banished to the under-21s by Monk.
Former Swansea centre-back Kyle Bartley comes in for temperamental Ivorian Sol Bamba, whilst left-back Charlie Taylor is likely to stay after the sale of Cook.
Leeds fans are desperate for Monk to resign Scotland international Liam Bridcutt, who was on-loan at Elland Road last year, but may have to settle for Luke Murphy in the holding role.
Leon Osman would bring Premier League experience as a like-for-like replacement for Cook, while versatile forward Roofe could be pushed wide to leave space for centre-forward Antonsson.
