Hull have shown strong interest in Derby midfielder Jeff Hendrick but are still pursuing Tottenham’s Ryan Mason, according to a report.
Sky Sports claim that Republic of Ireland international Hendrick caught the eye of a number of Premier League clubs during Euro 2016, with subsequent firm interest from Hull and Burnley
The 24-year-old has spent his entire career with Derby, and in 196 senior appearances has scored on 22 occasions.
It is reported that Hull boss Mike Phelan is still interested in Tottenham midfielder Ryan Mason, but Sky journalist Tim Thornton has claimed on his personal Twitter account that the 25-year-old is speaking to another club.
I understand Hull have agreed a fee and offered terms to Ryan Mason. He is now speaking to another club #hcafc

Mason still has four years left on his current Spurs contract, but is deemed surplus to requirements after being unused from the bench in the club’s opening three matches.

The Spurs youth graduate has fallen behind Eric Dier, Moussa Dembele and new signing Victor Wanyama in the club’s pecking order.
The midfielder has had loan spells at five different clubs during his career, including a stint in France with Lorient.
He made his Tottenham debut against Dutch side NEC Breda in the UEFA Cup group stages in 2008, and has one England cap after he came on as a substitute against Italy in 2015.
In other Tottenham transfer news, Spurs are close to agreeing a £20.8million deal with a 24-year-old.
