Jamie Redknapp says Fulham should have had a penalty vs Aston Villa
Josh King impressed for Fulham against Aston Villa, and the young talent will feel like he should have had a penalty in the first half.
That’s the opinion of Sky Sports pundit Jamie Redknapp, who felt that King was fouled by Aston Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez.
Radknapp said: “Last week against Brentford, I’d say it was simulation; this one is a penalty.
“He just takes him out, the keeper. Josh King has nowhere to go, he knocks it past him, and then Martinez’s right foot just clears him out.
“What’s he meant to do? It’s an absolutely stonewall penalty.”
