Sky Sports Scottish football pundits Ian Crocker and Andy Walker have been predicting the upcoming Scottish Premiership fixtures and both are in agreement that Rangers will win this weekend.
In their column on the Sky Sports website, both men are tipping Rangers to defeat Ross County, but differ on the scoreline and key man for the ‘Gers.
Ian Crocker is going for a comfortable 3-0 win for Rangers, and his key man is Josh Windass who is “doing himself and Graeme Murty proud.”
Meanwhile Walker is going for a narrow 1-0 victory, and his key man is central defender David Bates, who he believes “played well against Aberdeen…in the absence of Bruno Alves”.
Both Windass and Bates were key players in Rangers recent win over Aberdeen, with Windass getting the crucial second goal and Bates turning in a fine defensive display after ten weeks out injured.
The Light Blues defeated Ross County 3-1 in the sides’ previous meeting this season thanks to two goals from Alfredo Morelos and one from Eduardo Herrara.
Graeme Murty is once again set to be in charge for the game, as he has been named interim manager at Ibrox for the rest of the year.
The Gers are currently in second place in the Scottish Premiership, ahead of Aberdeen on goal difference, and will be aiming to win three games in a row in the league for the time in almost a year.
In other Rangers news, Graeme Murty has refused to criticise Derek McInnes for not taking the Rangers job
